Sorry to sound stupid, but I'm new to all this. Will I be able to save music purchased at ITunes onto a card that is compatible with this phone?

....burning the Itunes songs to a Music CD, then ripping the songs from the CD to an MP3 files and using those on your card.

I also heard of people using a program to "Record" Itune files into MP3s.

Hope this helped. I dont have a Mini SD card yet--so I dont know for sure.

I do have a mini sd card and I do exactly what diablonyc2 desribes. You have to burn the iTunes purchaed music to a cd first because the iTunes purchased music is not mp3 format but AAC (Advanced Audio Coding) file format. But after you burn a cd of the iTunes purchased music you can convert the cd music to mp3 (I use Windows Media Player 10 for this)

no, if you buy mp3's from itunes you can(a buck a song) put those on the card and play them, but the itunes radio and music stuff will not work(that stuff is not in mp3 format.) If you find someone kinda of hack sofware or something like that you might be able to reformat them but the simple answer is no.

Okay here we go again. There is no need to get a ripper or anything else. I asume you formatted your card on your phone.

Set your preferences to import songs as AIFF. Create an new play list and import the songs you want to that. The reason you have to do this is because songs purchased are protected but when you create a new list for burning or whatever they will convert them if your preferences are set. Once they are AIFF files you can right click on each song and get a menu to convert to MP3's. You need to put your card in the reader. When you get the desktop image it will call it NO NAME! Open that and you will see a folder for your MP3'S. I drug each song I wanted into that folder. Make sure you are dragging the one's that where conv...

Previously, some have asked whether iTunes music can work on the phone. I think it can!

1) Open iTunes
2) Import the file you want, if it's not already in the library
3) Go to Edit>Preferences>Advanced>Importing
4) On the "Import Using" tab, change it to WMA encoder, or MP3 encoder.
5) Right-click on the song(s) you want on your phone, and click "Convert selection to [WMA or mp3]" (The default is AAC.)
6) Once conversion is done, click and drag the song into Windows Media Player, or directly into the folder on the card.

Enjoy! The part about getting it into WMP worked for me, I have yet to put songs on the phone.
