BT800/LG8100

At this time I would not recommend buying the new Jabra BT800. They are not fully compatible. Everything works, like the voice commands, built-in callerID, and integrated ringtones. However, there is one tiny problem, the answer key does not respond on the BT device and does not answer the call. Ok, thats not a tiny problem but hopefully Jabra will release an update because the headset is actually really nice.

Let me know if there is a fix that I do not know of (or a loophole).

I looked into this headset and it says it is bluetooth v1.2, and I believe the phone is version 1.1. I could be wrong, but does anyone know this for sure and if so, could this be why it dosn't work correctly? Just a thought.

the only way that it wouldnt work is if the vx8100 was only 1.2 compatable. it's supposed to work with any bluetooth headset, 1.1 and 1.2. so its probably the headset that's not working.
