"?????????" in the inbox?
Is anyone else having this problem? Sometimes my "inbox" has like 4 or 5 texts that have question marks on them. When I go to open them, it says it cannot play video! Weird S%&t

Yes, I have had that problem. In fact, I put a post on here a couple days ago about it, but no one responded to it, so I thought I was the only one! I'm glad to know that it's not just me!

I have had the same problem. It appeared after I sent a txt with sound & animation. It also wouldn't let me delete it. I had to erase all entries.

Same here, after deletetion, i had question marks....I turned off phone, and then back on. it was gone

Same here - I had to the phone off a couple times b/c it wouldn't erase (sometimes it would erase, and sometimes not). Then, they were gone once I turned the phone back on.

Maybe we should all go back to verizon and have them download the software again on these phones.

the lg rep said that the volume on the phone can get a little jumpy and that downloading the software again should correct the problem.

Are you going to try it? If so, could you please let us know if it work? I really DISLIKE the Verizon store near me and want to avoid going in there AT ALL COSTS. And the next closest store is about an hour away.

Okay, I have now narrowed it doen (at least for me) as to when these ????????? messages are appearing. It seems to happen when either a pix message is in the INBOX or SENT box. Then, if you try to erase the PIX message, it is replaced by a ??????????? message.
Could someone else try this out and see if it happens to them, as well. Maybe this will help Verizon and LG to narrow down this particular problem to find a fix! Yeah, a FIX for the PIX!
