I am real tired of everyone BullS*%Ting. Calling the customer sevice/talking to a supervisor, Talking inside a store or talking to a indirect and will not help. All you are doing is taking verizon away when they could be helping another customer that needs true help. I mean what the big freaking deal with making up dates. According to this site and its forum the phone should be out in 3 days. We all know that ain't gonna happen. Further more every one who says verizon told them; is full of crap. What they need to do is figure out where their Head is where they feet are. That seems more difficult than anything. Just let the phone come out and them get it. I agree that a mob would solve nothing (would be kind of fun to be in a mob with some of these posters though, be an interesting crowd) yet many of us come here for the same reason - to get information (however reliable it may be) about the different phones that the sales reps at the stores can't or won't give us. I want the phone as much as the next guy, and participating in the forum does make the waiting more tolerable. 🙂

Well I know knoing info is great but its ovious no one except those who deal with testing or shipping the phones know. and youll never get to them. The store finds out when customer care knows so why pay for gas if you gonna loose the arrgument why try?

I don't disagree at all. I talked to the highest guy that i could in the indirect channel for my region (southwest) yesterday and he had no clue. All he could tell me was that it was going to be out before the e815 moto, and even that was speculation. I agree sharkzfanz, let the phone get released. It's still going to be on the shelf the second day, and it's going to be just as cool and just as fun. 😎

I used to work at Verizon and We would know approxmiatly like 1-3 weeks before, b/c it would be on our infomanager, but knowing that they cant say anything to consumers beforehand at all, its hard to squeeze it out of anyone but I still have friends there that i spoke to yesterday and they haven't seen jacks$#t on and I know they will tell me. 😁
