release in the next couple of weeks

I just talked to a sales rep and he told me that the phone wld be released in the next couple of weeks. He also said that he did not have the pricing info yet but that it wld be $100 to $150 more expensive than the V710 (I was asking abt bluetooth phones).

$100-150 more expensive than the v710 at its current reduced price, or more than the original price the v710 came out for?

If that guy on Ebay was telling you the truth it would cost less than the V710...he told you $325, no activation I believe.

Current reduced price - he had just quoted me the price of the V710 and I asked how much more the 8100 would be.

Why does every Verizon rep have a different release time?
Wouldn't it be easier for Verizon to avoid these calls and inquiries by just posting expected release dates on their website?!
I won't beleive any date until I see it in the store or on the website.

i work for verizon and we had a lg rep in the store a few days ago and he reported that verizon will launch the phone in june
...
