Phone Freezing and Resetting???
My phone seems to be randomly resetting itself when I attempt to reply to text messages. It doesn't do it all the time, but at least once a day. I have tried VZW customer care, and they don't seem to be able to figure out what the problem is. I had the same problem with my V710.
Does anyone else have this problem?
Is there any way to stop it?

Simple solution to that one.
Take your phone down to the verizon store and make them open up fifty boxes if need be until you find a phone that doesn't do that.

mine is also doing the same thing, trade ofr the vx-8000 i okayed with it, and it nowhere near great

Dude.. This is a Motorola Phone... What did you expect... Motorola's are great concept phones... But they just don't work... Of course, the issue is not Motorola... It is VZW mucking with the software...
