VCAST is neat, but I'd really love to load a tv show (from TivoToGo) or even a full movie onto my phone!! The Windows-based spartphones can play windows media files... any ideas on how to load my own videos onto the E815?

What video formats can the phone play from the TransFlash card? MPEG? WMP? MOV? Will video play full-screen at 176x220 resolution?

You need to convert to 3GPP, also known as 3G2.

Go to www.apple.com, download QuickTime Pro, install it. Open your movie in QuickTime Pro, Export as 3g2 format. Open Explorer, copy to TransFlash card, put in phone.

You have to pay for QT Pro, get this program for free instead: http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_softw are/video_encoders/super.cfm

It's called "Super" and it'll convert just about any file format into .3GP Here's a tutorial on how to use it, but it's a pretty straight forward program.
