Samsung SGH-E335

I just got the phone today and I attempted to go on to t-zones and download a HiFi ringer but it would not let me... The t-zone "Download Fun" menu only had the option for megatones or wallpaper or promotional items... I called tmobile and they said is was a software issue and transfered me to tech support. But, the tech support recording said it would call you back (and asked for phone number) because the hold are longer than usual and then it told me that a tech agent will call me back in 40 minutes... They never called! and doesn't the recording always say the hold times are longer than usual?

So far I like the phone but I dont like that it is new and already ahs a software issue.
