Display and Missed Calls/VM Indicator
I am thinking of getting this phone. One thing I was wondering about the display and missed calls. I noticed that it is a color screen and it has a screensaver. I have noticed that with many other color screen phones, the display not only dims, but it completely shuts off after a certain amount of time, and you have to hit a button to turn it back on. I would prefer to just be able to glance at my phone to see if there are any missed calls or voice mails, especially when I'm driving, instead of having to pick it up and "wake it up". Is that possible with this phone?
If so, where is the best place to buy it if I am not ready to renew my contract? Verizon's full retail price is over $200 and that is too much for me.
