Nokia 6235i / 6236i

Well, went this morning to Verizon AGAIN. Tech. couldn't even work the joy stick. Had another tech. work on it. I even talked to Nokia again to see what other carriers have this phone. Verizon is the only one. Verizon was clueless how to use it. I had to show them. They said they haven't sold many of these phones and aren't fans of Nokia. I told them they had better tell anyone that MIGHT purchase it that the Picture Caller ID is disabled. Yes, Verizon did disable this function. Said their service is to provide the best phone useage and not the "extras". Apparently there's an issue when the Picture Caller ID is enabled. They offered me $25 off the cost if I keep it for my trouble. Tech. tried the Diego (Nokia's program) and couldn't get it to work.
I see someone on this thread got theirs to work with the data cable and the Diego program. I'm not good at this, so don't know if I could do it or not.
It's a shame that we paid for this phone feature and can't use it.
