For Verizon, the info says that AAC support is carrier-dependent. Can the verizon phones suppot it?

I have a ? can you play MP3 as ringtones on thie phone or does it haver realtones at least? and can you costomise the songs downloaded and set a dif ringtone 4 each person or 4 a couple dif people?
