6236i recycles often when I get a call

I am on my 2nd unit showing this behavior: when it rings, I either pull it out of the holster, or start to pick it up from a table, and it immediately goes dark, and in 1-2 seconds I see the icons and info on the display start "coming back" as if it did some kind of recycle, although not a full power recycle. This happens about 20-25% of the time (and always my wife calling since those are about 90% of my incoming calls - she gets kicked into my VoiceMail since I apparently drop off the network, but we have a routine worked out - if she loses the call after about 2 rings, she gives me about a minute to call her ;-)

I thought maybe I was getting a static electricity effect when sliding it out of the holster since the lining on one side see...

Removing the battery every 1 or 2 weeks is a "cure all" for many things. It can be like rebooting a computer. Suggest turning off phone, remove battery, try to turn on phone with battery out (of course it won't turn on), leave out for 3 minutes. It seems to work best leaving my phone on all of the time, putting it on silent when I need to.
