External screen shuts off
I just got the P207 and the only problem i have with it is that the external screen shuts off so i cant see how much battery and service i have or what time it is with out opening it up. The screen goes black after about 3 seconds. Dones any one know how to change this? This is so annoying, the screen is awesome i want to see it not have it shut off. Please help.

I don't think you can change this shut off feature. I know...its annoying. If you go to www.cnet.com you can view video of an editor reviewing the phone and he mentions that you have to flip the phone up to see the time.

yea its annoying, but you could just push the side keys to view the external screen. I mean if you think about you're not constantly staring at the external display, so its not gonna hurt if you take 5 secs to push the side keys. 😎

Please do not confuse CS with Cingular, for our exchange by mail(XBM) program (800-801-1101..open 4am-12am mountain time). CS CANNOT exchange your phone. If someone doesn't recall this phone based on what I hear every day, I will be surprised. Still love my phone and can live with t...
