Despite Rambo's brief review, I'd have to agree. As they say, style doesn't make up for lack of substance. 
I just wrote a pretty detailed review of why I don't like the phone...check that out. It's mostly the call quality. It sounds like a bad MP3 played inside a tin can. That's the best way I can describe it. Between that and the hissing it makes, I'm very disappointed in Samsung. This is the first and last of their phones that I'll be buying. I've already ordered a v551 to replace it.
Just think about this...why is a phone with this many features only $80? You get what you pay for.
