"Retail Price: $179.99" according to Cingular
If you go to cingular's phones page and put in a So. California/Nevada zip (ex.90210) the cingular phones say retail price and the p207 is $179.99. Does anyone know if that is the price without contract or anywhere that I can get this phone with only a one year contract?

How can we buy it without a contract for full price? I called and they said they dont even have the phone listed.

They don't. You cannot order this over the phone right now. It's only available via the Web with a 2 year agreement.

I don't think anything formal has been printed anywhere (and I looked quite a bit myself). You'll probably just have to wait until the "newness" of the model wears out of the model before you see availability expand.
