Question about screen
I am thinking about buying this phone but am worried about the exposed screen. Does anyone know if the screen scratches easily and how durable is it?

the screen is like any screen..but unlike some phones like nokias..u cannot switch out the cover which includes the screen. i bought a stick on screen protector like the ones people use on their PDAs..works great..i got mine on ebay and they come already sized for the p777 in a 3 pack.

Yeah, a screen protector will do the job just fine. I'm still using the film that can with it.

screen, shmeen. I get a new phone fairly often anyway. You can get insurance from cingular for 4$/month and if the phone gets too beat up you can trade it in/lose it.
