bingo, this phone is badass, i seriously have no use for bluetooth, my nokia 6820 has it and i never use it, i am quite content with my e715 also, not to mention bluetooth is a rather large security flaw 😁.......i mean i WISH the phone had a memory card slot, but that would not prevent me from buying this phone, **** if i can find a european equivalent without all that cingular branding i would snatch it up in a heartbeat

exactly what security flaw do u think that Blue Tooth represents?
And it seems like u use that old skool wired headset where as everyone else has gone to wireless
if u didn't know blue tooth opens up way more options than ever for a phones customizing features so that u don't have to purchase a data cable . but for the most part transferring phone to phone data is way easier with blue tooth but it seems like u wouldn't know that
But the Phone does have some nice features too bad it isn't a Nokia ...

Security Flaw would be one where u can steal , change or destroy Data on a PC or Phone .... so what u can send me a Message thats says i been bluejacked .. a simple hit of the No key would delete it .... thats not a security flaw whatsoever ... and the definition of customizing is the ability to alter change or delete things in the phone ... obviously u never downloaded a ring tone into your phone using this procedure .... maybe even change the cingular menu that comes up or at start up ..... or use it to exchange data with your Palm or PC ....and as far as Nokia is concerned ... I'm sure the lay out is much to advanced for someone with the knowledge of cell phones that u have....and if u didn't know on the top ten of phones that have the BE...

A lot of us are just evaluting the phone. Bluetooth is an important feature. I agree that this phone has a great deal of features and is going to be a great fit for some people, but people who come into this forumare looking for honest opinions and IMHO this phone, while good, wouldn't meet my need because it doesn't have BT. All of these other features are great, and for some are key selling points, but for some people BT is a non Negotiable. So before they go into a store and are talked into a phone that has a lot of function (but not the one they need) they come in here and get an honest evaluation. Hey if you don't need BT then this is a great phone, but if you need bluetooth and want all these features maybe look at some of the oth...
