Palm Treo 650 (GSM)
Caller cannot hear me when I swap calls or when I swap back
This is driving me nuts. I have an unlocked Treo 650 and I am with Cingular. I have exchanged it already, but it does the same thing. 50% of the time when I swap to a call waiting environment, the caller cannot hear me, but I can hear them. When I switch back to my original caller, they can't hear me either. It is not muted. I have hit the mute and then unmuted. It is driving me nuts. I cannot be the only user to have this problem. HELP!!!

The problem doesn't seem to be localized to the Treo. I am a Cingular customer also, and last week I called them to complain about the same thing. This was my fourth complaint on the topic and they were going to send me, what would have been my fourth V400. When I said “forget it, cancel my contract” they *upgraded* me to the Treo 650. The same problem exists……It has to be Cingular.
Has anyone else ,with a different carrier, had a similar issue?

Human error has been ruled out. It's either the Hardware, or issues with the provider.
