Treo 650 Bluetooth 1.0 doesn't work w/headsets

I have been looking for a Blue tooth software update from 1.0 to 1.1 or better. The wireless headsets do not sync up.

What headset doesn't sync up? I've used both a Treo and Motorola 820 headset with a Treo 650. The Treo works much better, but both worked.
