Palm Treo 650 (CDMA)
Pairing w/ bluetooth headset
Has anyone been able to successfully use a bluetooth headset w/ the Treo 650?? I tried pairing it with my Motorola bluetooth headset and it couldn't discover it, but I'm pretty sure it should be able to...any help is greatly appreciated!

I have the same problem with my treo 650. I noticed that the treo comes with 1.0 Bluetooth software and the headsets work on 1.1 or better. I have been trying to find an update - but no one knows where to go.

I had the Motorola 820 working. Working may not be the right word to use. Everyone I spoke to said they could not hear me very well with the Motorola heaset. I returned it an gt the Jabra BT800. Never realized it did not work with the Treo 650. Went on line and saw on the Jabra site that they tell you it is not compatible with the 650. I looked on-line and visited several forums and review sites and read nothing but glowing reviews about the EZ Talker Mini Bluetooth headset by a compnay named Tekkeon. I have to tell you, I was a bit snobbish at first as it wasn't made by one of the big boys (Motorola, Jabra, Logitech) but it is the best performing bluetooth headset I have owned.
