Reset Voicemail count?
Does anyone know how to reset the voicemail count on the 650? It's saying that I have 1 voicemail waiting when in reality I don't have any. In my old phone there was an option to reset the count but I'm not able to locate this option on the 650. Thanks!

Are you sure that it's indicating that you have 1 new voicemail, or that the '1' key is set to be the Quick Key for that tab?...

Yeah, I was able to finally figure that out...after spending about an hour on the phone with Verizon. Boy, did I feel small after that. lol

Yeah.... but the really sad thing is that it took Verizon Tech support that long on the phone with you to figure it out! Sometimes they really need a geek with the same device in his/her hand to see what you are doing instead of just following the computer script.
I only noticed it by accident when setting up one of my co-workers phones, when I pressed and held '1' I got voicemail.... then that '1' on the Voicemail button suddenly made sense...
