How thoughtful you are to reply to that post of mine. 
I think that it WAS the phone, by the way. Meanwhile, I have decided to go with another carrier even though Sprint seemed to have very good reviews for reception for my area code. Basically there was a slim selection of BlueTooth phones and also I decided to look for a GSM phone. My research has taken me to several different phones and tonight I discovered that one of the top runners in my short list costs more than $1000, so I am back to two phones on the short list. 
I am sure that you love that phone because I read about it and wanted it. Meanwhile, I innocently walked into an Air Tech store at the mall one day and discovered that I could buy a new red faceplate for my Moto V60i, so I did. I now have my little red phone...... but am looking forward to possibly getting a Nokia phone.
