If you have insurance that could be a last resort, or you could take the phone to the store and speak to a store mgr. about the issue. Sometimes, that's the only way I get any help. I keep my local Sprint store mgr's business card and I refuse to deal with anyone else. If you can refrain from this, do NOT superglue your phone, because that'll make it harder to get a replacmnt.
