I just took mine back to the store and got another one. My phone was dropping every call even with full signal strength. I got another one and I still have dropped call problems. I understand that it could just be a bad batch of phones since I took it back and exchanged at the same store. Love the phone though. Gonna keep tryin till I get one that works right. Confused
