Programming This phone?

Anyone out there know how to get into the programming menu? Any Sprint reps out there able to help me out I would be very much thankful. I am trying to get this programmed for another phone network but need to access the programming menu to even have a chance. Also need a SPC code to fully activate this phone.

Phone tip of the day:
*99 _ _ = edit how many seconds your phone rings before going to voice mail. Ex: *9920 = 20 seconds before your voicemail picks up.

*78 = voice mail on
*780 = voice mail off

This phone cannot be programmed on Alltel network. Sanyo makes phones for Sprint PCS network only. The reason the reps at Alltel dont know how to reprogram the phone is because only Sanyo can reprogram a phone for a differnt network. And since Sanyo have an agreement with Sprint I dont see them throwing that away to reprogram one phone for such a small wireless company.

It is possible. The phones that Alltel has to offer generally suck but their plans are very reasonable. I had a Sprint phone setup to work on the Alltel network. Although I was not able to use the web surfing feature on my phone but that really did not bother me. So yes it is possible just to have it fully compatabile is not always possible. For this phone you just need the programming codes that a Sprint customer rep would enter in to program it then the people at Alltel could program it to suit their network.
