Got it the 6th returned it the 11th
Wow what a disappointment.. I spent so much time on the phone and there is NO ONE to answer questions..
They should have tech support juiced and ready to go BEFORE tyhey release a product...
The sync did not work....

What were your major problems? I like the phone am concerns it's not all tha it should be.

I never did get it to sync with our exchange server and motorola techs told me basically there was nothing they could do to help me..
And bottom line the phone was not user friendly.from searching a name in my phone book to the calender...
If it did do what they said it would do that would be another story...
