Hi...

My Friend has the 7290 BUT it is on the T-Mobile System... I have Cingular... Will it Work on My Cingular Network if it is From the T-Mobile Network????

yes. do a search for an unlocker on the web via usb cable. unlock and enjoy 🙂 never by phones from the companies. they lock it down and you can't do anything the unlocked phones can do which is f***ing stupid. why limit a phone when the person is BUYING it.
