This is exactly the same as a 3200 w removable face plates. The 3200 has proven to be a solid, reliable phone as will this 3300. For those of u who are complaining about external CID and GIN, buy a different phone (4650?)... This is an entry level piece with no frills. parents buy these all day long specifically so their kids can't run up GIN bills.
