If you look on Nokiausa.com. it looks like you can buy it from there site for $699(WoW). There is no service provider that has this phone so im guessing its unlocked.

Cingular was suppossed to carry it but i've seen no evidence to back that claim up.

judging by the fact that it also uses 850, I think it would most likely go to cingular since t mobile only uses 1900, but who knows, it might be like the n gage qd, where it uses 850 and 1900 but t mobile still offers it. if you want it that much, you can look for independent carriers that sells import phone, for an upgrade with t mobile, I think you can get it for like >450, but no guarantees
