Google Zoomable maps

😁 Have you tried the *New!* Google Zoomable maps?
It seems made for this phone! WAY COOL
probably uses a lot of streaming data so DON"T try unless you have a good internet plan.
BUT man is it cool
maps and satellite that FILLS the screen!

Yes, and it's very cool and useful. Only problem was when I tried to view the satellite image it said that was not supported on this phone. You are saying it worked for you?

I need to decide on a plan. Seems like it downloaded at least 60k to paint a single map screen of my current location. To scroll around and get directions and stuff will be mui expensive, which is a killer for me so I would never use it unless like travelling and needing to get unlost or something. Wish there was a simple, affordable data plan :\

Yes, i was able to view the satellite images.
I wonder if its a data/size thing?
I got my work to get me unlimited data, as i use this phone to tether to my laptop for internet access. 59. per month ☚ī¸

I tried the maps, and it is so cool! 😁 I guess i should get the unlimited data plan though. ☚ī¸ But this is such a cool program to have on your phone, and my satellite images did work BTW
...
