128Mb Max!!!!!!!

Love the phone, but am dissapointed then only support a memory stick up to 128 MB. I doubt its possible at ths time, but has anyone found a way around this, I figure its a shot in the dark, but its worth it.

When will the release a bigger card!!!!

No one has found a way yet unfortunately... I don't think it's that there arent bigger cards available, the phone just plain doesnt support them! Kinda lame I know.... but I think it has to do with sony's walkman phones.... I dont think they want the s710 to encroach upon the walkman's territory

This is very picky, but so far the only thing I don't like about this phone is the lack of a message indicator. For instance, if I get out of the shower I have to turn the display on to see if anyone called/messaged me. Why not use the red charging light to indicate that I have a new message?

Other than that this phone is awesome. The memory issue for me isn't a big deal. 128MB is plenty of room for my pictures & MP3 ringtones...that's all I need it for really.

After owning several Motorola phones with this feature, I totally agree with you!

Also, I'd like to add one other "picky" thing. The lack of a true call log. I'm very used to being able to see the phone number and amount of time I've spent on the phone, each time I've talked to someone. I should still be able to see not just the talk time of the last call, but each call even days later. Sometimes, this gives me an idea of how many minutes I've used (should I care to know).
Still, I wouldn't trade this phone for any other!

Are you aware of the screen that shows you the last call time, and also total call time and total outgoing call time? You would use that to track your minutes and know what you have left. Just clear it after each billing cycle...

well a way around it is to purchase another 128mb card 🙂 that way you can switch them out if they get full...
