can you believe it?!
Cingular really gets me.
Ok I really wanted the S710a. SO I call the cingular 1800 number, and Im half way through switching from att to cingular, changing my rate plan, ordering the s710a, and all of a sudden 45 minutes into the conversation She says that the Migration station was closed and i would have to call back monday, Or I could go to the Cingular store and do all of this, SO I went to the cingular store and I got the most horrible guy to help me change rate plans order a phone, all of that, turns out after being in the store for a hour that I couldnt do anything until my contract expired, 5 monthes from then. He said if I wanted to call the cingular 1800 number and see if they could get me the phone , to do so. So I got home calle...

yeah i believe it. i ended up getting an exceptional plan for migrating and a free, fed-ex overnighted s710a. wasn't expecting all that but i emailed the head honcho over one or all the call centers for the terrible customer service and treatment i had received.
it was long hard suffering let me tell you. seems ok now. just don't ask for anything unless you are spending money i guess.
customer service has been nice. just not always knowledgeable when it comes to a new phone. if they don't know they don't offer finding out for you either. so come here or just experiment yourself.
