I thought this would be a fun thread to start, as I love this phone so much I can't help but think about how it could be improved. (Just for fun I've labeled each suggestion as being addressed thru either f=firmware, h=hardware, u=unsure and fc=fat chance)
1. Allow for greater memory card storage with MS Duo Pro compatibility! PLEASE!! (u) f-I hope
2. Speedier more responsive OS (f)
3. Slightly raised, more tactilely responsive keypad (h)
4. Standard headphone jack (fc)
5. Allow speakerphone to activate BEFORE call is connected (f)
6. Option to silence camera shutter sounds (f)
7. More robust mp3/media player application (u)
8. Option for auto-Bluetooth (f)

I don't have the phone yet, but I do agree with you on all 10 of those things. With those 10 issues fixed/changed, this phone would be the best of the best, although I believe it to be already... I guess then it would make it god 😳

at first i would agree with your idea on the clock thing, that'd be nice and all, but think of the battery power it would use up!
whether the LCD is displaying black, white, red, yellow, whatever, it is using power, you can't turn part of it on and part of it off. if you had it all black but the clock, that would be horrible for the battery life on it. a clock would be nice, but more than 45 min of power is nicer.

Yeah really, the T637 has that option but then again the T637's display is about half the size of the S710a's.
