Yea i believe your right, from what i heard from various websites and other place's, this phone will be out before christmas, probably around the 15th or above but definitly before the 24th, and the price will be 399 retail, since the V3 didn't have a rebate i'm guessin this phone won't to and that will be the price regardless.
