The 700 is silver and has a FM Radio but doesn't have the Edge High Speed Data.Aslo it has a different Frequency band then the 710 which works in Europe and Asia Mostly
The 710 is black, and has Edge High Speed Data but no FM radio and has The American GM frequency band.
All and all there both great but your best bet and cheapest bet is to wait for the 710 and get that when it come's out with cingular
