I have this phone and hate it 
. I've never been able to stop the pop-up messages on the screen, it is uncomfortable, and has poor call quality. I'd have to say the worst problem for me is that the pop up screen will pop up with the slightest bump, and then if one of its keys is hit, it will call the person assigned to that key for speed calling. I've had this stupid phone call three people. I've had to disable the speed calling numbers to stop this from happening. I truly regret getting this phone. I don't like being so negative about things, but I wish I had been warned before buying.
