Samsung SCH-A890

It's funny how everyone's first response to any issue with quality is to update the prl.

I tried it first thing.... no difference.

I should not have to do anything to read any display while in a well light office. There is no glare on the screen. It is just so dark that you have to push the button to see anything. The 4400 and VX-10 had very clear screens. The monochrome with indeglo background is perfect. There is no need for a full color screen that small... if it results in not being able to read it.

What do you think my other choices are?
I have been looking for over a month at all the phones available. All have problems and the a890 seemed to have the least problems. I dont want the vx8000 (feels much bigger than the a890), and nothing Motorola, Kyocera, Audiovox, or any huge PDA type phone.

I am giving my feedback on this phone. VERY DISATISFIED.

15 day return policy..... so return it for what?
