Thank you SO MUCH for helping me out, I was worried that it was something that can be changed.
My reception has been top notch, I've only had it for one day keep in mind, but in my area verizon has the best signal. There is something you could try to help get better service, if you dial *228 and then hit option 2, it upgrades the towers your phone can use and it is supposed to give you better service, give it a shot.
