on & off

My V620 phone is now turing itself on & off at random - all by itself, without me even touching it. This is now infuriating me as I cannot even get the thing to stay on long enough so that I can change the date and time in the settings. It's only started happening since I bought a new sim card for it and I've been swapping the sims over to transfer info and such. I didn't drop it and I didn't drop anything onto it. Why is this happening?????? If anybody has an answer of any sort it will be much appreciated, thank you.

I just bought mine this week and i think it could be that when you changed sim cards your settings may have been erased and the phone battery saver turns your screen off automatically. You may need to go through your settings again. while i am here does anyone have an english version of the manual!! I am in malta and unfortunately it came with german instructions, can anyone help? Motorolas site does'nt have the V620 manual availible.
