No charge/USB Connect

I feel as if my v551 has degraded ever since I have gotten it. It charged perfectly at first, but as a year went by I had to start moving the charger around alot to get it to start charging. Also, I was able to connect it to my computer before, but now it will not even be detected. I can still charge it after like 5 minutes of moving it around. Any help?
