This might have already been covered(I could not find it if it was), but I was wondering what the difference between Cingular's V551 and V557 were. I had a customer asking me, and I really could not find one.

There's No difference about the Moto V551 and V557. I got both of them and the only difference is the last number of the model.

The 557 includes the Media Net Live Ticker, and is currently the only phone to have this feature. This is the only real difference between the 551 and 557.

Yeah thats right, i have a question about the V557, how come the keypad light sometimes works and sometimes not? ☹️
