durability and mp3 playing

I am replacing my V220 (both screens broke after less than a year of use). I am looking for a new camera phone that will also play mp3s. Need it to be BT and quite rugged as well. Any suggestions? I am looking at the V557 but not sure if it really plays mp3s or just snippets as ringtones. Anyone out there have answers for me? Smile
