v551 Flip Cover Problem
When I open and close my v551, the phone does not consistently recognize which state it is in. With the clamshell closed, I often get the upside-down "Cingular" that you see when the phone is open. When this happens, the internal display stays on, draining the battery. I am also hanging up on people consistently when I open the phone to answer.
Anyone else have this problem? I suspect it's the tiny button underneath the internal display that's gone haywire.
It's a company phone so I have to go thru channels to get this thing fixed and its driving me nuts!
