I just got a cell phone data transfer thing. I was wondering, Will I be charged for multimedia charges when I send ringtones from my computer to the phone? Also does anyone know of a good program that clips mp3's so I can choose the part of a song that I want as a ringtone. Thanx

No you will not get charged for using a data cable.
No clue on what program to use. Just keep the mp3 short ( less than 30 secs ) as the call will get transferred to voicemail after 30secs or less .
Also to save space downsample the mp3s to Mono instead of Stereo and keep the bitrate around 32kbs or so.
