Replacement by mail

I did the replacement by mail because my old phone was giving me major problems. I have had the v551 that they sent in the mail 8 days now and it is also giving me problems like changing from vibe to ring and making strange noises when it charges. I also experience shorter battery life than usual. I looked at one of the threads about the software version. They sent me the exact same software version that I had before. I called the replacement number and the rep. told me that the phones had been checked and that the phone that came in the mail had been updated but they didnt change the readings on the phone. Should I call again and try to get some type of upgrade or is there some type of other solution? 😕

what software version is it?

I wouldn't suggest calling for an upgrade - let's hear what you are working with and make sure this is whats happening. Never heard of that one...make sure the keys are working right too.

Not doubting you, just want to make sure you are covered.
