NVA.C 1451 message

Hi,
I recently got this phone as a gift and alot of times when I try to answer it I get a grey screen with nva.c 1451 and it as if its shutting down and turning itself back on. Nowhere can I find those letters and numbers in the trouble shooting guide. Anyone else ever have this problem?
