This post is pretty old, but in case anyone is searching and has a similar problem.
If you drop your P910 and the screen cracks, call the SE authorized repair (I think it is SE actually) Arvato Repair in Florida. 866 766 9374. It costs a flat $200 and you get it back sans any data thats in the phone, so back it up if you can before sending it.
