😉

i received new sony ericsson P910a.
and to be honest, i'm suffering from it.
the major problem is the receiption issue. seems like the phone receiption is too weak...

i live at Israel and use GSM orange network.
i had Treo 180 which had much better receiption than this one.

do you know why?
is it because the P910A instead of P910I ?

do any of you has such problem?...

can any of you direct me how to exchange it to 910I ? (some web site or any one that might be interested in buying it?)

thanks a lot

Yeah, the p910i only has 1 band of the 2 you probably need in Israeli. I would ask around about someone switching in the US who has a p910i perhaps on Cingular. Cingular uses 2 of the 3 bands you have on the "a" version while t-mobile uses 1900 which is on most world phones. I have found this phone to be one of the best around for reception.
