Anybody know what you get as a replacement for the 5600? it's not being sold anymore so if you've gone through this please tell me!

I just replaced my wifes last week. It was on back order but I am getting the same model (reconditioned). One interesting thing however is that cingular gave me a hard time with my insurance plan (which costs $4.99 a month). They said that the 5600 and all smartphones/blackberries are not covered by the plan. They said it was an accident that we got the coverage and that they would replace the phone as a one time courtesy, but that the insurance would be canceled.
