I GOT MINE!!!

Just arrived today. Charged it and powered it up. I will not write my official review until I've had a chance to play with the phone for a couple of weeks, but here are my first impressions:

1) The size of the phone is just WONDERFUL! It's about the size of the older Nokia 8260. A little taller, a lot thinner, and about the same depth. For a more current phone for comparison, it is shorter and thinner than the Nokia 35xx series phones, but the same width. The form factor is just perfect! I cannot wait to ditch this huge 3650!

2) Screen size is wonderful! Clarity is very good. Large numbers when dialing local numbers with 7 digits, which will be good for my wife.

Thanks for writing this up!!

How do phones like this resolve issues like the word "of" and "me" being on the same 2 characters?

Also - do you have any games for the phone? How does use the nav key work for them?

Like other T9 systems, when you key up anything with multiple definitions, a small vertical window pops up with all the possible words that you could choose from. Both "of" and "me" are on the list, and I can scroll to whichever one I want and select it and I am off and running. The good news is that it appears (so far) that the way they handle this window is done fairly well and not placed in any stupid places (like on top of what you're trying to write).

Two games come with the phone: Solitaire and Jawbreaker; the same two games that come with current Windows Mobile 2003 PDAs. I have not tried adding additional games and/or apps yet, but clearly it is possible. In Jawbreaker and Solitaire, the nav button works as you would expect it to....
